References to CourseAssembler, CourseSuite, Document Scormification Ninja, and the "To Scorm" name including the domains courseassembler.com, coursesuite.com, coursesuite.ninja and to-scorm.com are trademarks of CourseAssembler. As a Data Controller, CourseAssembler is bound by the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

Sotware operated by CourseAssembler uses cookies and local storage for functional and analytic purposes.

If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy and the other terms stated below, please do not use our services and let us know about your concerns. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and other terms stated below at any time. If changes occur, we will clearly indicate such alterations at the top of this page with the date of modification.

Personal data

We collect the minimum amount of necessary data only. If buy our services we will collect your name, email, company name (if supplied), and basic details about your licence.

By visiting our website and/or using our API, your IP address will be logged along with the HTTP referrer, user agent and the dates of access (log data).

By purchasing a licence, your name, email and payment data may be held by our payment process gateway, Bright Market LLC dba FastSpring Limited. CourseAssembler has no control over data held by Fastspring.

By providing files for conversion, we host files during file conversion. Files are automatically removed after conversions are finished. Files and content supplied by you is only retained for the period you hold a valid licence, and is only accessible through the application. Some analytic data about file types and size are recorded for planning purposes.

Use of your personal data

We use your personal data to provide our service only. We do not make profiles or stuff like that. We store your email address after a purchase for validation purposes during support or feedback.

We do log your IP address to prevent abuse of our service and for broad demographic analysis. We do not link this information to any personally identifiable information, or provide any such information to third parties.

Course Assembler maintains a secure IT environment and all security measures are constantly adjusted to technical progress. All transfers from and to Course Assembler are SSL encrypted. All Course Assembler servers are located in Sydney Australia and have the appropriate measures in place to prevent unauthorised access (i.e. hacking, physcial datacentre access).

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to store information about how visitors use our website so that we may make improvements and give visitors a better user experience. Google Analytics is a third-party information storage system by Google that records information about the pages you visit, the length of time you were on specific pages and the website in general, how you arrived at the site and what you clicked on.
